How long can I keep the dumpster?Rental periods vary by job, but are typically 3-7 days. Extensions are available for an additional fee.

Do I need a permit to place the dumpster on my propertyYou usually dont need a permit if you place the dumpster in your driveway or private property. However, you may need a permit if you place it on a public street or sidewalk. Be sure to check if you have an HOA as well.

What happens if I go over the weight limit ?You will be charged extra if you go over the weight limit specified in your rental agreement.

What size dumpster do I need?The size of dumpster you need depends on the amount of debris/trash you have. For example, a 10 yard might be enough for cleaning up the house but you might need a 18 yard for a big home remodel.

Do I need to be present for delivery or pickup?You dont need to be present for pickup or delivery as long as your dumpster has been paid for and you and your sales person have discussed your rental agreement.
